What a delightful find! I came here on a whim while visiting the area, and it did not disappoint. The selection of meats is impressive; I had the ribs and tried the sausage too. Both were bursting with flavor, and the smoke ring on the brisket was beautiful—definitely a sign of good barbecue! I also loved the sides, especially the baked beans, which had a nice sweetness to them. The only downside was the wait time, which was a bit longer than I expected, but honestly, it was worth it for the quality of the food. The staff was apologetic about the delay and very attentive, which made up for it. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot that I would recommend to anyone craving some hearty barbecue.
